NEW, HIGH-IMPACT STUDIES TO BE FEATURED AT WORLD’S LARGEST CLINICAL CANCER RESEARCH MEETING
The 2018 Annual Meeting will take place June 1-5 in Chicago and will bring more than 32,000 oncology professionals from around the world. The theme of this year’s conference is Delivering Discoveries Expanding the Reach of Precision Medicine.
June is a very exciting time for the team here at National Search Associates. Every year a team heads out to Chicago to one of the biggest events in the Oncology community (ASCO). Where else can our team personally meeting with over 90 candidates for face to face interviews and dozens of clients, in a 3 day timeframe. The team also gets to rub elbows with some of the top oncologist and hear the latest news and announcements directly from the source soaking up all that is impacting the oncology space. We spend hours in one on one meeting, reviewing posters, attending scientific sessions and asking critical questions to give us further insight into the science, business and the direction of the field of oncology.
This meeting not only allows us to maintain our relationships with our clients but also with our extensive passive candidate pool. We take the time the make that personal connection and to dig deep into who is doing what, when and where. We keep our fingers on the pulse of the great scientific achievements that takes place at this phenomenal event. To personally congratulation our clients and candidates when they are presenting their success and listen to what is next on the horizon.
Some of the key areas that we are very excited to explore while at ASCO are the Developmental Therapies and Translational Research programs in immunotherapy, biomarker’s and cellular therapies. This is an amazing time for researcher, clinicians and patients in Oncology as our battle with these diseases rages on and science continues improve and impact patients life’s and treatments.
