Chelsea Brunetti joined National Search Associates in 2014 and has since been growing the Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory Affairs practice within NSA. As an Executive Recruiter, she focuses on Director level through C-level positions within the Biotech and Pharmaceutical Industry.

Chelsea attributes her success to NSA’s targeted, niche-based practice and her team of mentors who bring an established network and recruitment experience since 1991.

Prior to NSA, Chelsea obtained her degree in Human Development from California State University, Long Beach. Exposed to psychology, sociology and anthropology, Chelsea feels her education shaped who she is and how she sees the world.

Born in a real-estate family, sales were second nature to Chelsea and an exciting way for her to earn an income as a student. Passionate about overall psychological and physical well-being, Chelsea completed her nursing pre-requisites and obtained her Medical Assistant certification with a plan to make a positive impact on humanity through a career in healthcare. Chelsea was recruited from a Medical Sales position to NSA and found Pharmaceutical recruitment to be the perfect marriage of her greatest passions.

In a former life, Chelsea was a competitive swimmer and continues to compete in triathlons. Her competitive spirit drives her to lead clients to phenomenal talent.
