Kevin Glassel
Having joined NSA in 1993, Kevin quickly recognized the burgeoning role of large-molecule therapeutics within the traditional pharmaceutical paradigm and began to forge relationships with the pioneers of the biopharm industry. During these formative years, as biopharmaceuticals transitioned from tomorrow’s “magic bullets” to newly-crowned blockbusters, Kevin’s commitment to his specialization never wavered. The result is a search consultant who has grown with the biopharm community and, subsequently, thoroughly understands the talent-map within it.
Kevin clients include major pharma and biotech companies, as well as smaller entities developing biologics such as mAb’s, proteins, cell/gene therapies and other various modalities of non-traditional therapeutics. It is within this focus that Kevin is most effective in recommending the people best-suited to the most challenging search assignments.
Unlike some in the executive search industry, Kevin does not believe in “closing” placements. He recognizes that people, nor positions, are commodities and has a firm belief that, if the opportunity and the individual are the right fit, people come together for a reason. It is this professional quest that drives him.
Kevin enjoys drumming in rock bands and spending time with his wife, daughter, and son in beautiful Vista, California.
